Buy Confidently
Overall we really like this Nesco pressure cooker. It’s easy to use and is a big cooking time saver. But I have to downgrade it for the poor quality of the plastic pressure regulator. With only normal use, the first one broke apart after 22 months. Ordered a replacement from Nesco at a reasonable price and it was easy to install (thank goodness). That replacement has lasted 13 months and failed the same way — while cooking under pressure. Here we go again…
Please be aware the unit doesn’t come with a glass cover. Although it’s on the internet site it’s not in the manual or the box.
